How the Grinch Stole… Happy Honda Days?

Everybody’s got a favorite holiday special, whether it’s Linus reminding Charlie Brown of the true meaning of Christmas or the endless marathon of “A Christmas Story.” We’ve always had a soft spot for another classic, since the dour and grumpy Grinch really resonates with how we feel after weeks’ worth of holiday shopping, frayed nerves, and forced holiday cheer. This year, Gillman Honda San Antonio has our own special to add to…

Celebrate Hondaween at Gillman Honda San Benito!

We love what we do here at Gillman Honda San Benito. We’re lucky enough to work with a great brand, some amazing new Honda cars, and to help some great friends and neighbors from Brownsville, Harlingen, and the surrounding area. That’s why we like to offer services like our customer appreciation and new owner’s clinics. But it’s also the reason we like to let our hair down and just have fun…

We’ll be back to talking about brand news and new Honda cars from Gillman Honda San Benito soon enough, but this week we wanted to highlight a community event in the San Benito area. This coming Saturday, September 15, is the 6th Annual San Benito Native American Cultural Pow Wow, held as part of San Benito’s annual Texas Independence Celebration.

Next New Owner’s Clinic September 19

Aside from website terms and conditions, the owner’s manual for your new Honda car may be one of the least-read things in the English language. We understand. There’s only so many hours in the day, and the minutiae of maintenance schedules and infotainment system submenus probably isn’t your idea of a fun evening. But we can make it fun, and that’s why we’re inviting you to the next New Owner…

What is Gillman Fast Track?

If you’re like most of the folks we serve from Brownsville and Harlingen, you’ve seen the same car commercials we have. You know, the ones with the winding mountain roads and scenic vistas. And you’ve probably thought to yourself, “Y’know, if I could have a car buying experience that wasn’t awful, you could keep the mountain roads.” Time to visit Gillman Honda San Benito and take advantage of Gillman Fast…

Don’t Miss the 80 Hour Sale-A-Bration at Gillman Honda San Benito!

1938 saw the first Superman comic, mass hysteria induced by Orson Welles’ famous “War of the Worlds” broadcast, and Joe Louis knocking out Max Schmeling in the first round. Gas was ten cents a gallon, and a new car just under eight hundred dollars on average. But opening a new car dealership at the tail end of the Great Depression like Frank Gillman did might’ve seemed downright foolhardy. Yet here we are, holding the…

Mark Your Calendar: New Owner Clinic

More things in life should come with instruction manuals. Think of how much easier we’d all have it if things like kids, significant others, and hard conversations came with a little booklet we could refer to and know what to do next. Gillman Honda San Benito can’t give you a manual for the next time your teenager rolls her eyes at you, but we know for a fact your new Honda Accord has…
