The new Ridgeline was developed to better suit the way drivers use their truck. Jeff Conrad, senior vice president and general manager of the Honda Division, said the "Ridgeline will deliver everything you'd expect in a Honda from incredible packaging and fuel-efficiency to top safety technologies and innovative, segment-first features."
So what exactly can we expect for 2017 Honda Ridgeline features? The next-generation Ridgeline will surely build on its original innovative features like an integrated closed-box frame, dual-action tailgate and large in-bed trunk. We’re looking forward to superior driving dynamics along with improved space, comfort and utility in the 2017 Ridgeline. Staying true to the Honda brand, the new Ridgeline will have outstanding versatility and safety technology.
A light-truck, the Ridgeline’s powertrain is refined to provide incredible fuel efficiency. We anticipate a much more conventional body style compared to its first generation model. The contemporary unibody pickup is expected to have a 3.5L V6 engine, around 300 horsepower and a towing capacity between 6000 and 7000 lbs.
